Opened, used, or resealed perfumes will not be accepted for return.

If the product passes our inspection, we will confirm the return to the customer and proceed with the refund.

Refund

Once the return has been approved following our inspection, the refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned package.

The refund will be issued through the applicable online payment method and according to the processing procedures of the relevant payment provider.

If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, the return may be rejected and the product may be sent back to the customer.
